COLONEL (ret) JOSE (Joe) FELICIANO

 

Colonel Feliciano was commissioned as a second Lieutenant, Infantry, upon graduation from the University of Puerto Rico in 1963. He has led infantry units from platoon to brigade in both peace and war. He has further served in staff and instructor positions in his 30 years of active service.

 

Colonel Feliciano holds a master’s in business administration from Inter-American University, Puerto Rico. He is a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College and the Army War College.

 

His awards include The Silver Star, Defense Superior Service Medal, Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Commendation Medal, Air Medal, Honduran Armed Forces Cross, Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantry Badge, Parachutist Badge, Ranger and Special Forces Tabs.

 

He is married to the former Carol Hahn of Baltimore, Maryland and has a son, daughter, and four granddaughters.
